The large main house offers living space on two levels and is divided into three accommodation units with separate access. The left half of the house can be used for personal use. On approx. 160 m² living space are three double bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, an open kitchen with utility room, a guest toilet and a large bathroom with tub. The right half of the finca is separated into two flats. Both have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, a living/dining area with fireplace and open kitchen. On the terraces idyllic shady places invite you to relax. A small path through the palm-lined garden leads to the community pool, which is shared with four of the other flats.
The “House 1” with a floor space of approx. 155 m² and three double bedrooms offers plenty of space for max. 6 persons. The interior also includes two bathrooms with shower, an open kitchen with dining area and a living room with fireplace. Here the natural stone walls and exposed beam ceilings are particularly shown to advantage. The outside area includes three terraces (approx. 150 m²) and the community pool.
With the small Casita “House 2”, the mint coloured accents are immediately noticeable both outside and inside. Here you will also experience the typical Majorcan finca flair. The two terraces cover approx. 100 m² and are surrounded by citrus trees as well as lavender and oleander groves. The access to the community pool is also given. The interior design includes a living and sleeping area with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Last but not least the beautiful natural stone finca “House 3”: Here the visitor is offered comfort on a high level. Special features here are the private pool with three terraces and outdoor shower as well as the separate driveway, which guarantee you absolute privacy. The living rooms, which include – a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower as well as a living/dining area with fireplace and open kitchen (fully equipped) – reflect the classic, modern living style.
In all houses you will enjoy a comfortably warm ambience in the colder season thanks to the oil central heating (except “House 2” – gas heating). The houses are equipped with the most up-to-date communication and entertainment technology, such as SAT-TV, LCD-TV, home cinema and Wifi.
The property also includes four olive plantations, from which up to 90 litres of pure olive oil are produced annually.
