CCC Real Estate celebrates its 15th anniversary
A special evening at Coco Beach House
Saturday, 15th of June 2024, we celebrated our 15th anniversary at CCC Real Estate. Enjoyed great weather, we had a fantastic evening in the stylish ambience at the Coco Beach House on the beautiful Playa de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada.
Our anniversary celebration began at 6.30 pm with a welcoming champagne reception. The guests, elegantly dressed in white, were welcomed in a lovingly decorated location. The company’s owner, Anke Köhler, gave an inspiring speech and announced a new chapter for CCC Real Estate. The centrepiece of the evening was the presentation of our new corporate identity and our new branding. With our innovative concept “Living | Premium | Invest”, we will focus even more specifically on the individual requirements of our customers and owners in the future.
Rhythmic sounds with Batucap
A special highlight of the evening was the surprise that our team had prepared: the performance by the well-known Batucap group from Capdepera. You could hear the drums from far away, when the group arrived in the sand in front of the restaurant, they immediately attracted the attention of all the guests with their rousing rhythms. The drumming group later mingled with the guests, who were allowed to drum themselves and thus become part of the rhythmic experience. The enthusiasm was great and there was plenty of clapping and dancing.
Culinary delights and networking
Guests enjoyed a flying buffet provided by Coco Beach House, with a variety of delicious and special tapas. There was also a selfie get-to-know-you game, which encouraged networking among the guests and was great fun for everyone.
Successful fundraising campaign for a good cause
As part of the celebrations, there was also a fundraising campaign in favour of the Lionsclub Palma for the “Comida para todos” project. Thanks to the generosity of our guests, we were able to raise a total of €1,250.00.
