Every year, on the first Sunday in February, Son Servera celebrates the “Firó de la Flor d’Ametler” almond blossom fair. The almond blossom season is a highlight in Mallorca that attracts many tourists but also locals.
In Son Servera, traditional almond dishes can be tasted during the festivity. There are also market stands offering all kinds of products made from almonds, their blossoms or almond oil. The fair is definitely worth a visit, as at 12.00 noon you can also see Mallorcan folklore dances.
